Two Sisters Sparkling Shiraz

Made in the traditional method, this is a sparkling red taken VERY seriously.

Full, rich and complex the Shiraz base wine was matured in oak for 8 months prior to secondary fermentation in bottle and maturation on yeast lees for a further 14 months.

The wine shows complex yeasty notes alongside dark berry fruits and gentle spicy oak, finishing dry.

Alc/Vol: 14%, Age: 4 years
