The development on the nose - more honeyed fruit notes and ripe lemon - lends an added dimension of complexity.

The colour has deepened and will continue to, given further time in bottle while the palate has fleshed out to a more intense, medium weight.

Still fresh and crisp the wine finishes with an intense grapefruit hit - indicating further cellaring potential up to 15 years.
